DONE RIGHT in Responsibility
Brenae J
Nominated by
Sam S
Brenae took it upon herself to organize the janitorial closet, and it’s made a big difference. Before, the cleaning crew would just add supplies to our order list because it was too messy and cluttered to find what we already had. Thanks to Brenae, everything is easy to find—and we’re saving money by not ordering stuff we don’t need.

Eric P
Nominated by
Steve H
Eric has proven to be a very capable Project Manager. He takes ownership of any job given to him, and does so in a very professional manner. He doesn't shy back in working with the Subcontractors or in lining out the job progress and keeping the job on track. He is able to handle multiple assignments and keeps a positive attitude. I particularly appreciate his professionalism and determination to do the right thing. Even though he has to juggle multiple jobs, between Contracting & Controls, he does so with a smile and good attitude. His help with the Rogers Schools Tillery 35 RTU changeout job has been outstanding. I really appreciate Eric being on the HEP team. Thanks, Eric!

During the shutdown at OPSU (Oklahoma Panhandle State University), we were able to fix a remarkable number of issues below ground, returning the feedwater tank to normal temperatures. This is going to eliminate thousands of gallons of make up water, eliminate the safety issue at the boiler feedwater tank due to temperature, and prevent the university from having to take any other kind of drastic measures to heat up that tank (immersion heaters, small boilers/heaters). The payback on this investment should be pretty quick depending on what water costs. And if we take into account the cost avoidance from the temporary heating measures, we will be less than 1 year payback, no doubt. Super happy client who got GREAT results!
